Villa Panorama was built in a slightly hilly position elevated above the center of Porto Rotondo, and because of this it enjoys unparalleled views of the consortium and the homonymous gulf, ranging from Portisco to Cala di Volpe to Mortorio. It is precisely from the concept of "panoramic" that all the spaces of the villa, both indoor and outdoor, have been conceived: whether you are relaxing on a chaise-longue or having lunch in one of the many outdoor lounges or even in one of the bedrooms or living areas, you will be able to admire unique views whether they are of the sea, of pure Mediterranean maquis or both.

A large granite formation develops right where the villa stands. The spaces and extensions made over the years were created right by excavating and working this valuable rock: the resulting rooms take on very special shapes and colors and are a true signature feature of the property.

The garden is a triumph of colors: the intense greens of the Mediterranean maquis meet the softer ones of the English lawn and the bright ones of the flowers. In the sleeping area, instead, there are 3 en-suite double bedrooms and 1 en-suite single bedroom. The Kika master bedroom boasts a wonderful view of the gulf, while the other rooms face the park and the Mediterranean maquis. All rooms feature walk-in closets and elegant finishes, such as those in ceresarde in the bathrooms.

The 3 dépendances each consist of a master bedroom with private bathroom and enjoy totally independent access.
