The villa is set in a truly unique and exclusive context, in a slightly hilly position, wrapped in the delicate embrace of nature that spreads its fragrant aromas. The view enjoyed is panoramic, with cistus, euphorbia and genisteae spreading across the landscape.

Sa Pinnetta is a totally independent villa accessed via a private driveway dotted with native plants and flowers. This lane flows onto the pool area in front of the actual entrance to the house. The pool is one of the strong points of the house: in fact, it was carved out of granite rocks excavated by time and only later became a swimming pool. Today it gives unique sensations to those who take a dip in it. Right next door, between the pool and the barbecue, under a covered verandah, there is a huge wooden table where you can enjoy outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

The entrance to the villa leads to a large open-plan living room with a kitchen in a semi-separate room and a large fireplace. The 3 bedrooms are all on the same level: there are two double bedrooms and one twin that can easily be converted into a double as well. The two doubles boast large French windows facing a small private garden, perfect for reading a book or just relaxing. There are a total of three bathrooms.

As with the pool, interior design plays a central role. Designed on a single level, the house is well finished and with really exquisite details for the realization of which fine natural Sardinian materials have been used: everything is dominated by the juniper inlaid in the ceiling beams and in the trees (properly treated) that seem to grow directly inside the villa; and then again the granite and cork.
