ImmobilSarda announces the new architectural concepts for tailor-made eco-villas in Portobello di Gallura  

On the occasion of the event "Arte in...Portobello - Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow," organized by ImmobilSarda to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Residential Park of Portobello di Gallura, the new design concepts for the "Villas of Tomorrow" in Portobello have been introduced by the Company.

The new projects, pursuing the architectural philosophy of the origins of the Residential Park, reflect the contemporary organic, integrated, and sustainable architecture trends with the aim to innovate while remaining faithful to the initial designs and values of the founders of the Residential Park.

The event was held on August 11 at the Immobilsarda Club House, already the venue for the artistic and cultural events of “Arte in Portobello” that are enlivening this 2022 summer.  

The architects in charge of the new concepts of these new villas in synergy with Immobilsarda symbolically picked up the baton left by Eng. Tiscornia and Dr. Magliano and presented to the audience the new proposals of tailor-made eco villas perfectly integrated into the landscape, under the banner of a "well-being for all and of all"  to be lived for 12 months of the year.

No longer just second homes or vacation homes, but real dwellings with the vocation of a first home, perfect for residing all year round, even out of season, in perfect safety and guarantee of tranquility, comfort and privacy.

The stylistic solutions adopted are inspired by nature, organic neuro-architecture, and biophilic design, shaping the rocks and soil, following the natural development of the landscape, and employing only natural materials in a perfect connection of the house and landscape.

Portobello Residential Park reflects today, as did yesterday and tomorrow, the concept of contemporary architecture influenced in particular by wellness, sustainability, privacy and quality of life, perfect year-round livability even in the off-season.
