Cannigione of Arzachena, (Lu Cannisgiòni in the language of Gallura) is a hamlet of more than 800 inhabitants. Location of particular charm that boasts one of the best equipped marinas in Gallura, has always been considered the natural harbor of the beautiful Gulf of Arzachena, on which it overlooks.

Born as an old fishing village in the picturesque natural setting of the Costa Smeralda, Cannigione is the perfect destination for scuba diving and snorkelling lovers, thanks to shallow and crystal clear waters, ideal even for the games of children in total safety, which make it an irresistible destination for families. To frame the shimmering reflections of the sea, a beautiful white sand beach, with possibility to rent beach umbrellas, deck chairs, pedal boats and other boats.

Location characterized by an unmatched natural richness and diversity, where they grow and live many plant and animal species: a real microcosm to discover and explore for those who love to venture into excursions and walks in contact with the most unspoiled nature.

Halfway between the exuberant Porto Cervo and the more reserved Palau, the village of Cannigione offers the perfect balance between the lively and worldly rhythms of the first and the placid tranquility of the second, in addition to the breathtaking views of the Natural Park of the Archipelago de La Maddalena.

The historic center of the village is equipped with all sorts of tourist services including car parks, markets, restaurants and bars. The village has also become an important logistics center for underwater excursions, with numerous and professional diving centers.

Several beaches surround the small village, between the Gulf of Saline and the one of Arzachena. Among the most important there are the beaches of La Conia, Isuledda, Tanca Manna, Barca Bruciata, until you reach the beach of Saline located in the area of Palau.
