​Villa Saloni is a charming villa for rent located at the top of La Conia hill just a stone's throw from Cannigione, a coastal town with a marina that offers a wide range of services, from mooring to supplies to daily dinghy rentals.

The hill of La Conia overlooks all of Cannigione and the coast. It is precisely this elevated position that makes the villa extremely panoramic: from both the ground floor and the second floor, there are views ranging from the Mediterranean maquis to the coast, the emerald sea and, on clear days, the Archipelago de La Maddalena.

The villa is reached via a private staircase. Here to welcome its guests is a lovely private garden with an English-style lawn shrouded by a tall hedge, and while the deep green of the lawn gives peace to the senses, the hedge acts as a "protection" and allows this outdoor area to be enjoyed in relaxation. These spaces also house a large covered veranda equipped with a barbecue and outdoor table perfect for lunches and dinners overlooking the sea. An outdoor staircase leads to the pool on the solarium, which is furnished with sun loungers.

The house is on 2 levels: on the ground floor is the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower. On the second floor are the master bedroom and the living area with living room, fully equipped open kitchen and small laundry room. Each room has its own air conditioning system.
